ABDO Educational Books is offering free books for kids online- great selection of non-fiction titles including DIY, arts and crafts, makerspace, sports teams, aliens, and much more. 

 EPIC!  for kids has a great digital library. Teachers can sign up their classrooms and give kids access to books, assign books, etc; parents can sign up for a free 30 day trial. 

Unite for Literacy: 400 picture books that can be read for free in English or Spanish, and narrated in 40 different language. After selecting book and languages, reader must click on each page AND narration button to hear pages read. 

Audible Audiobooks is offering a free collection of audiobooks for pre-K-teens; there are also books in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Chinese

Storyline Online is an online collection of picture books read by celebrities (and some times kids). Teacher resource materials available with each reading.
