The Portland Public Schools is working to design a strong, equitable middle school experience for every student. The Guiding Coalition, workgroups, staff, students, families, and community members have been helping develop and refine a proposed Middle School Design Framework and several design considerations, for which we're still seeking feedback.

This work is still in progress and final recommendations have not been decided—and we still want your feedback to help shape the future of our middle schools! Here is a Middle School Design Online Community Engagement Form for anyone who was unable to attend the Sept. 16 middle school staff engagement session or the Sept. 16 community engagement—or if you would just like to provide more feedback.
