Our goal is 30, so keep collecting those tab tops, were making a TON of difference. You can find boxes by the soda machine, by the entrance to the library and inside the cafeteria. Every tab top counts!

Drama auditions begin this week. 8th grade will be Thursday, 7th grade and basketball players will be Friday. Monday will be for 6th grade, or for anyone who could not come on other days. It is important for you to check the table and bulletin board, outside the library. There are audition scripts, and forms to complete, there. Please take only the ONE script you'll need to read, an Audition Form, and an Agreement form.  Bring both signed forms to the audition. Questions? See Ms Nylen or Ms Hampton Thank you!

TODAY IS DAY 4 - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2ND

"This week's King Library book recommendation winners are Zoe Cheever and Ikran Abdullahi. Be sure to submit your book recommendation today!! Make sure it has your full name and details about why students would enjoy that book. Incomplete or very brief recommendations will not qualify.

The Library has very sad news: a new copy of Diary of a Wimpy Kid book 10 was stolen from behind the check out desk just before the Thanksgiving break. It is upsetting to all of us when something like this happens. We are asking that the book be returned as soon as possible."
Thank you,  Mr C and Ms H

Gr 6, 7 and 8 Students: Do you have artistic skills you want to put into use? Love theater but don't want to act on stage? You can be part of the King theater production of "Annie" by being a member of Crew. Crew members work on props, sets, lights, sound, and backstage during rehearsals and the production of the play in March. You need to be available after school from early Jan-the week of March 14 when the play hits the stage. Applications for crew are available in Rm 119 (Ms Maloney-Hawkins' room) and in the library. They are due back to either of those rooms by Dec 14.
