How does the design of Fading Footprints help students and teachers construct a comphrehensive picture of curriculum?

Goals:
 1. To understand how the design of Fading Footprints supports standards based teaching and learning.
 2. To understand how to apply this model to other learning expeditions including this summit.
 3. To be introduced to the design of the CD being made at the summit.

Time: 60 minutes

Description of Activity:
1. With your 4 person team gather materials: markers, poster board paper, and iBooks.
2. View Fading Footprints with team, dissect it, look how model flows, travel through the links, video, etc.
3. Then with your team using your materials, create a flowchart/diagram representing your teams understanding of how Fading Footprints is designed.
4. Report back and share your team’s flowchart/diagram with whole group.
5. Review Summit Site Design (user view) and File Structure (designer view).
