The Samuel Butts House:
By Matt, Franciska, and Kyle |
The Samuel Butts House is the second oldest surviving structure on the
Portland peninsula. It is located at 332-334 Fore Street in Portland,
Maine. The chimne, roof, and windows are all features of colonial
architecture. After a fire in 1886 it was rebuilt by a savings bank.I think The Samuel Butts House should be on the Portland Freedom Trail because it is one of the oldest buildings in Portland. By Kyle, Franciska, and Matt |
