 A  food web  is a very complex food chain showing how organisms eat more than one thing such as, a  snake might eat  rabbits and chipmunks instead of just rabbits. Another definiton of a food web would be  a "web" of food chains interconecting each other. An example of a food web is shown above, it shows how some things like grass and trees are eaten by many animals, also how one animal eats many other animals and is eaten by many other animals.
