Monday
I began today full of excitement.  I knew that if I was lucky enough, a sighting of Lenny might be just around the corner.  To gather some data on the unique and threatened species, I researched mating calls of Lenny.  Unfortunately, being of such a unique species, Lenny cries out in vain.

Product Design
As I search for Lenny, I must keep in mind my diligence for producing a tool for learning about such a magnificent creature.  I need to structure meaningful learning experiences dedicated to representing each fasinating fact about this beastly mammal so that others can appreciate his rare beauty.  To encourage my readers to discover for themselves the wonders of this life-size chocolate being, here is a link to my favorite webpage for additional research:

Tuesday
I grow in discouragement as my search for Lenny lengthens.  Today was a productive day, but my patience is weakening.   I did not travel across this east coast to go home without seeing the one object of my affections that I long for the most.  I will feel like a failure to return home without so much as a picture.

Anatomy of an Expedition
Who cares?  I still have yet to see Lenny.  I fear that I am falling into a depression...
Wednesday
Today, TODAY, is the most spectacular day of my entire life!   I have finally fulfilled my life dream of seeing Lenny----yes, The Lenny.  My expectations could not have been so high!  And, of all things, today was Lenny's birthday, and he invited us to his birthday party.  We had a blast!  We all agreed upon a pact for life on always being true to Lenny and representing his values and principles in our everyday lives.  Check out our pics from the party!

At the birthday party
We were ecstatic to finally meet Lenny!

What a hoorah!
Happy Birthday, Lenny!!!

Fieldwork and Community
Fieldwork is what brought me to the greatest discovery of my life.  Ever since my first taste of chocolate at Willy Wonka's and my glorious first experience seeing a moose on a trek through the forests of my elementary childhood, I have dedicated my life to hunting down this animal of such complexity, it brings together two indulgences of my life.  I will continue to research all I can about Lenny, and now that he is located, observe his mannerisms and behavior to share my findings with the community.
